    Fort Drum Soldiers Come Home (WSTM-TV NBC 3)

    Some good news for hundreds of families in the North Country. Two planes filled with soldiers landed at Wheeler Sack Airfield in Fort Drum Wednesday. The 500 men and women served in Afghanistan for more than a year, fighting the war on terror.

    Mahathir plans special court to try war crimes in Iraq, Lebanon, Palestine (The Daily Star Lebannon)

    Former Malaysian Premier Mahathir Mohamad announced Wednesday that he is forming a war crimes tribunal to focus on victims of abuse in Iraq, Lebanon and the Palestinian Territories. He said the tribunal - and an investigating commission linked to it - was necessary as an alternative to the International Criminal Court in The Hague.
