    Bush vows to move ahead on deployment Democratic Sen. Barack Obama, pressing for a phased withdrawal of U.S. forces from Iraq starting in four to six months, said Sunday that President Bush's announced deployment of 21,500 additional U.S. troops amounts to a policy of "stay-the-course-plus."
